Our leadership retreats tend to host small groups of leaders from the same organization or industry. Designed to provide leadership focus and development in areas that leaders share as a team, group, or organization, only we get you away from the day-to-day for more than a day so that you can prepare a better foundation for learning new experiences. The discussions and development tend to be specific to leaders that are addressing the same business or working objectives and have the same or similar business infrastructure.

LLI’s “Leaders Assemblies’ are not ordinary happenings. Our event experiences are not a series of presentations being delivered by top leaders in the industry.  We do not rely on “star power” or industry leaders to frame their secrets of success We’ll journey with you to learn about your environment and what leadership potential you have to improve that environment.   We host you …not the event! Our ‘Leaders Assemblies’ come with change in scenery so that we can remove you from your day-to-day routines and practices.  The goal is to refresh your new start into effective leadership philosophy and equip you with resources and practices to bring back to your organization. Leaders Assemblies encourage leaders from different industries & backgrounds – the more diverse the participation, the more value we get from the group. LLI uses the group value to produce individual experiences and learning applications. You will experience self-exploration about your own leadership behaviors and how those findings enable you to tap into the great potential you have in your improved leadership.
